Advantage Engineering Associates, P.C. (AEA) is selected to provide engineering design services required for design of a traffic signal system communications network required for establishing and maintaining CTSS connectivity between field devices and central system control. AEA is providing engineering services for the Computerized Traffic Signal System (CTSS) as a sub consultant to three consulting firms HDR, (US Route 1 between mileposts 29.06 -35.69), Urban (US Route 73 between mileposts 22.28 and 31.65), and GPI (US Route 40/322 between mileposts 54.91-59.70).
